We would like to take this opportunity to explain a few of our office policies and procedures to make your search for a new rental home faster and more comfortable. We require that you view the inside of the property before you receive a rental application. At the time that the application is submitted, we require that a $20.00 application fee be paid. This helps cover the cost of the credit report and any other expenses incurred during the application process. When the application is submitted, the security deposit quoted on the rental list is due at that time, payable by check or money order only. Security deposits quoted are for each individual adult or married couple that will be residing in the property. The amounts quoted are based on clear credit, good rental history and satisfactory debt to income ratios. Many of our properties do allow pets. All pets must be listed on the rental application. There will be a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee assessed per pet. Unfortunately, there are some breeds of dogs that have been deemed dangerous and because of the liability to our office and the property owners, we will not allow any of these pets on any of our properties.
